Secretariat Campus Area Network (SCAN)

The Telangana Secretariat Campus Area Network (TSCAN) is a local area network for all the departments at the Secretariat. It is one of the largest campus area networks under the Government of Telangana, which connects about 2000 nodes on the network.

TSCAN consists of a data centre that hosts departmental applications; it is also a disaster recovery site for the State Data Centre (SDC), Commercial Taxes Department and Hyderabad Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB). The data centre is also used as a staging environment for SDC.
